Smoked Salmon with Herbed Goat Cheese and Toast

Ingredients
10 ounce(s) soft goat cheese
2 tablespoon(s) coarsely chopped fresh dill
Freshly ground pepper
1 pound(s) thinly sliced smoked salmon
1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 loaf(s) ciabatta bread, sliced and toasted

Directions

1.Stir together cheese and dill; season with pepper.

2.Arrange salmon and onion on a platter. Serve with spread and toast
